Dr Ryan has a PhD in Human Nutrition & Biochemistry and is a Registered Dietitian (RD). She has 20 years experience in nutrition science, clinical research, and consumer packaged goods industries leading nutrition, scientific and regulatory affairs.
Dr Ryan's greatest interests and talents lie in developing strategies to translate science into real world solutions for products, services and messaging. She has a passion for developing high value work and bringing visibility to R&D, nutrition scientists and regulatory specialists within organizations. Dr Ryan also enjoys coaching and developing talent in others, individually and as teams. As a woman with extensive experience in management in science and industry she can bring a unique perspective to those seeking careers in science or industry.

Dr Ryan currently resides in Dublin, Ohio with her husband and three young children.
